Positive: The apartment was clean, quiet, across a large avenue to reach the historic center. The owner provided tea and coffee. Wifi worked well. the A/C worked well. Shower and bathroom facilities very clean and modern. Rooms were spacious and lovely. TV worked very well.

Negative: We were provided a link to direct our arrival from the Camino to the apartment. This link was horrendous and we ended up leaving the Camino trail to follow this link which took us walking by a very transited highway. The owner needs to provide better walking directions from the Camino trail once in Padron. Location is in a quiet building, but across from a large, busy avenue that connect to the historic center.

Summary: Very comfortable, nice apartment.

Negative: Would be nice to have a small soft pillow in addition to the large firm ones.

Positive: The apartment was lovely and big and the location was good. We cooked a meal so it was nice to have the facilities and some kitchen basics.

Negative: finding the accommodation in the first instance was impossible. no signage. we called and the staff found us at the street intersection and checked us in. the virtual key was a bit glitchy.

Positive: The location was convenient for doing the Camino Way

Negative: The owners asked us to provide the check in information using an ap. It is the worst ap I have ever used. The downloading, completing fields that would not autofill, being sent this the day of arrival when already doing the Camino way and the fact it repeated information already collected by booking.com was very frustrating. Please dump the ap its rubbish! However, once I had messaged the owner, it was booking.com's fault the request was sent late - the owner had sent it the day before and booking.com sat on it for a half day. The owners also expedited the check in process just by asking for a photo of my passport.

Summary: Apart from the use of a bad ap for check in the appartment was good.

Positive: Fabulous apartment. Very well equipped. There was even a foot spa, yoga mat & disposable slippers available which were very welcome as we were walking the Camino & our feet & bodies were very tired. Our apartment was facing a main road and the owners even supplied earplugs. The host was very helpful & entry to the apartment was easy using the door code. Location was great as it was a short walk to the centre of town.

Positive: Appreciated how easy the app worked to open the front door and then had codes for the remaining doors. Nice to have a working kitchen, we used it to make supper and breakfast for the eight people that we had staying. We booked two suites that shared the same entry door, making it effectively one large suite, very nice.
